We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Tierpeek, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

Tierpeek is $9 per month and starts with a 3-day free trial that does not need a credit card. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund unless you have upgraded to a paid subscription.

How to request a refund

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every Tierpeek order, so Paddle holds the payment and issues the refund. To request one:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order with your email and order number (in your receipt).
2. Or email us at support@tierpeek.com with your order details and we will approve the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Once approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. This typically takes 5 to 10 business days, and the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal in your Tierpeek settings. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your paid period.
